Why should i support the T movement?

No i wont! why? because i like andhra regions? Or because i love to see the state united? Or do i think telangana is very well developed that the jist of the moment is missing? NO. None of these!

At the core of this movement is the statement that Andhra guys are over ruling us/ Andhra is plundering our wealth/ Andhra guys are diverting our resources to them. Might be/ Might be not! I wouldnt debate on it. Recently when i came home my sister told they brought down our scluptures on tank bund. I felt so bad. I thought atleast one T guy would come forward saying they shouldn’t have done it. The incedent is very unfortunate. But to my surprise there wasnt even on such statement made. I was shocked. I felt like the complete T supports this.

This is very bad. According to me somebody doing mistake doesn’t give u the chance to do another mistake. If at all u dont agree then i would classify it as animal instinct. I somehow feel the movement is not healthy; the very base line itself.. i dont agree.. added the million march where they bring down the idols.

huh! one more.....

in context of my prev post; heres what went in Assembly (legislative assembly). The guy standing up and speaking is JP who (my fav leader as well) is impeccable for his character/ attitude; he resigned his IAS post disgusted with the corrupt politics of the state. So here he goes... telugu one though.

poor guys (like me) who have a bad internet connection / very less time... concisely his points are as follows

  1. In history combodia/ china almost bought a category of pple to extinct as a result of such a racial hatred.
  2. Nannayya shined the Telugu language; Gurajada apparao -a social reformer advocated uniformity in society; now if we destroy their icons whose works are independent of regions... where is the moment going? what is it conveying?
  3. If u see the statues in the light of regions... then would we see at Mahatma in the same light? So we dont allow icons of Sir Ardhur koton? here are countries who respect India and have our icons in their public squares.so we are telling this wrong?
Finally to JP: I think u need to be breef; having liked u so much many a times i felt u need to cut on examples and reach the point.. atleast when ur point was already conveyed in ur previous stmts.

Karma raa Babu.....

Its very bad/ undigestable of TLeaders for breaking the sculptures of Nannayya, Tikkanna, Yarrapragada, Srikrisha devaraya, Molla. What do they want to convey by this?

* * *

Sir Arthur Koton built 'Prakasam Barriage' on river Godavari saving the place from famine/ floods. Pple out there even today praise him (infact have his name in daily pooja -Sandhya vandanam). They recognize his helping hand and dont hate him as the British Monarch.

* * *

These great pple have given an image to India;Ramayana and Mahabharatha are still the top epics of the world and are known for their skill; they have given identity to Telugu pple. Shouldnt we respect them? How far is it correct to see them as Lords who plunder Telengana assets?

I was concerned till today of the TMoment and some where had a soft corner.... But now i feel 'its better give off the state... or else what else will we have to see down the time?' I am ashamed & embarrassed!!!

Update:: Asked to comment on police failure to save the statues, DGP K Aravinda Rao said: "We did not want to use force as it could have aggravated the situation."

My predictions abt the new year

Telangana, one of the issues that keeps me sticking to  the TV screen like a lizard. Let me predict abt this. Would it happen? btw, any hardcore fans of any party/ leaders are advised not to read further. The below are purely my own opinions.

I appreciate Sonia gandhi. She just does what she wants to and in silence. Till the decision has taken affect her move cannot be predicted. There are some glitches as well, however i appreciate her. Take the recent cases lift off on telangana agitators. KCR was the first guy to demand the liftoff, however congress did the nirahara deeksha (fasting) creating a scene in the state and finally swept off the harvest. The same could be the case with telangana also, if at all congress wants to give telangana they will make sure that people first are turned to their side, sweep the complete credit and then they give telangana. This will also give them a strong stand in the new state as well. All this will take some 2 more years.Lets see if the prediction goes right

The boy in striped pizamas

Today morning i was watching this movie on start movies. The soldier -German has a kid who is taught by a private tutor. His lessons read "XXX are our enimies. XXX have destroyed our culture, nation. Where ever they go they ruin things. They are our enimies... " Wait a moment i remember something similar happening around in society here: *Telangana*. The words used in this moment were similar/ more or less the same!

Since the context has come up i think its fair to project the views of one of my favorite leaders: JP. He was comparing the movement with the things that happened in Germany during world war. I think he is quite correct. More over his points were "With Telangana as a state how much will a common man/ telangana person profit?". Thats a strong point! let me explain.

Out of 60 fellows in my class in BTech, only 3 of them are doing government job. Around 45 are in private sector and remaining in US/ UK/ Germany/ house wifes. So roughly 3/45 or 6.5% of the jobs is in governments control. Is the moment for control on this 6.5%? Say yes... then naturally Telangana will have a quota they will not have all jobs in full. Ok ok ok... lets take the recent advocates agitation itself.. what was the outcome? How-many/ what percentage of them got profited out of this? and that too at the cost of their professional dignity.

Ayodhya: happy ending

I am happy with what has happened till now on ayodhya. Other wise would i get up so early in the morning to update my blog? Definitely not! Some things that i noticed since the judgement is out...
  • I follow NTV very closely. And recently i see the journalist being biased during the discussions. Yesterday he tried to raise a glitch in the judgement and one of the pple out there -Jayaprakash Narayan said "lets not do randhranveshana (lets not find holes in the verdict)", This is great. It sees like every body in india wanted piece and harmony. This was their primary point; "forget the verdict i want the nation to be calm" is what i could see (out of the little intelligence i have) inthe reactions
  • A Muslim came up to the TV and expressed his happiness towards the judgement. Atleast i didnt expect this from them. Out of my limited understanding and observation of the things aroudn, they generally dont come out this way and speak.
  • When interviewing the pple either side were happy of the verdict
Personally i think its not just the verdict there is more in this. The happy ending should be attributed to few more guys, in my view the most important of all and they are the pple  who finalized to carry the Ayodhya proceedings in a closed environment. Had this not been the case... i suppose every now and then the political parties would have raised this issue, the media would anyhow carry out discussions and keep it alive. So what? how did this help? Actually this helped pple to forget and give the issue the least importance. Say the court would have taken some side... lets suppose.. event then i guess things wouldnt have flared up at all .. even if political parties tried provoking the people.

Just take my previous post it self. At one time when calling up and talking to pple i felt ... "man i suppose i am the only fellow on the planet following this and eagerly waiting for it". My mother was sleeping and when asked said "daridram vadilipoyindi. Leka pote mana vallu malli kottuku chastaaru" (The worst has left us or else our pple would have again fought among themselves killing themselves. My father: s.. i heard of the judgement ... ok now tis the water time can u go in and get the utencils to fill. One of my friedn: "Ok re... something happened; now tell if infosys shares have raised or fallen because of this!"

After having seen all this i felt... weather the court had crossed his limits/ not finally piece prevailed and i think this is more important than anything else.

Glitch
One glitch though out ... one of the political parties read few lines in between the judgement and said that they would appeal to supreme court with better lawyer and get the judgement amended. huh! but nothing to worry this would take some 200 years. so still happy.

What next?
There is this issue where pple are being divided on basis of their origin. Again by political parities. That party said: andhra pple are annexing the telangana. But believe me, i haven't seen such a thing happening through out my life; not even after they made this statement. I felt so bad for their narrow mindedness. I suppose the govt of India/ courts would get such a piecefull solution again. Looking forward for it to happen before any more lives are claimed...

till then i say Adios
